Gluten-Free Friendly Donuts

At Uffda Donuts, we’re proud to offer an assortment of gluten-free friendly donuts every Wednesday at both our Blaine and Maple Grove locations.

We know that every guest’s dietary needs are different. Our goal is to create delicious gluten-free friendly donuts while being completely honest about how they’re made and handled, so you can make the choice that’s right for you.

Our donuts are made with 100% gluten-free ingredients. However, they are prepared in a bakery that also produces products containing wheat.

Because our bakery is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment or eliminate the possibility of cross-contact.

We use the term gluten-free friendly because it best reflects how our donuts are made. We believe being transparent about our process gives our guests the information they need to make the decision that’s right for their individual dietary needs.

While we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment, we take the following precautions to help minimize the risk of cross-contact:

• Produce our gluten-free friendly donuts in a separate production process from our regular donuts.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces before gluten-free friendly production begins.
• Wear fresh disposable gloves when handling gluten-free friendly products and change gloves for every gluten-free friendly order.
• Use separate utensils and packaging for all gluten-free friendly donuts.
• Never place gluten-free friendly donuts on the same trays as our regular donuts.
• Store gluten-free friendly donuts separately from our regular donuts until they are served.
• Train our team to carefully follow our gluten-free handling procedures.

Although we take every reasonable precaution to minimize the risk of cross-contact, our bakery is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten. We believe in being transparent so our guests can make the decision that’s best for their individual dietary needs.

 Our gluten-free friendly donuts are:

• Made with certified gluten-free ingredients
• Dairy-free by default (dairy toppings available upon request)
• Contain eggs
• Peanut-free recipe
• Tree nut-free recipe
• Do not contain oat flour
• Do not contain brown rice flour

Please note that ingredients and seasonal flavors may vary. If you have questions about specific ingredients or allergens, please ask a member of our team before ordering.

Every person has a different level of sensitivity to gluten.

Because everyone’s dietary needs are unique, only you can decide whether products prepared in a shared kitchen are appropriate for you.
